Description

60 KILO: USED SIVETZ FULL BAG ROASTER

Attention Sivetz lovers . . . as this may have been one of the last machines built by the master himself. And the most famous and most built models of all sizes . . . Full Bagfer with an afterburner, cooler, and destoner!

Fired right up after sitting for a bit.  The seller has extra parts he is including with this sale.  It is setup for Roast Log right now.  Powered by Natural Gas, regular PM's and cleaning weekly and deep clean quarterly.

Notice this is the latest "more short" configuration where everything is easy to get to for maintenance and repair. And most importantly - a real cooler . . . which does wonders to correct the shrinkage of previous "all-in-one" models of yesteryears.

If this is the right size - and you know what you are doing - then this is a perfect fit.

Located in Central USA.

THE ORIGINAL FLUID AIR BED ROASTER

THE MOST EFFICIENT, PRECISE, AND REPEATABLE WAY TO ROAST BEANS

The Workhorse

Originally patented in 1976, the 1/4 Bag Fluid Air Bed Roaster from Sivetz was the first air roaster to challenge the dominance of the drum roasters. Michael Sivetz was the inventor and genius behind the design, and his background as a chemical engineer combined with unparalleled knowledge of the coffee bean blazed a new trail for the coffee roasting world.

With hundreds of machines sold since the 1970s and still operating all over the world, the Sivetz legacy lives on. They are reliable workhorses that produce consistent, uniform, and full developed roasts with shorter roast times and very little downtime for maintenance or repairs. The ever-elusive win-win!
