This is a Diedrich IR-2.5 roaster, screaming to roast again! Manufactured in 2017 and only has 180 hours logged (see attached Hobbs meter photo). Still in excellent condition. Was used as an entry-level machine, replaced by a larger batch roaster. Original manuals and information included.

The Diedrich IR-2.5 can pump out up to 22 pounds per hour, depending on your roast profile. Like its 1k and 5k brother and sister, the IR-2.5 gives you unparalleled precision and control over small batches. It uses infrared burners, producing a fresh, clean coffee with all the right notes.
This IR-2.5 currently runs on propane. Conversion kits are available direct from Diedrich to convert to Natural Gas.
NOTE: There is a small dent on the back exhaust port, no impact on roasting. See included picture.
Comes with external Chaff Collector. See included picture.
