An Incredible Machine Set!
Can you say "stainless steel"??? Take a look at this matched set of incredible Diedrich roastery equipment. Starts with a Fully Automated 12 kilo / 25 lb. per batch Diedrich Model IR-12 roaster. Put out in 2005, it's deco with stainless all around! Comes with a brand new LCD touch screen control panel on a separate PLC and Diedrich's Zenith automation software. Following up is Diedrich's matched system green bean loader and destoner. Also has a 2nd LCD touch screen, purchased by owner from Diedrich as he's into back-up parts - just in case.
But wait, that's not all! There's a bunch of double-walled insulated ducting. Dang! Talk about a complete package!!!

All purchased brand new from Diedrich in 2005, this set has had a very mild run history. Certainly not put to work in a high volume roaster. It was shut down a couple years after purchase, so it's been waiting to go back to work for quite a while.
This video of all equipment operating was recorded beginning of this month (December 2021) so you can witness it's fully functional with no issues.
Remember, this has both software and mechanical automation all driven from Diedrich's automation software. Video shows actual software demo.
Runs on Natural Gas with 110v power. Been service and cleaned as Diedrich recommends.
