This is Probat's acclaimed G60 Roasting system. Just nothing like this level of a Probat roaster. Designed like tanks to put out consistent and constant roast. This is a 2002 model purchased new from Probat. Take a good look at the pictures that depict how clean this roaster set is.

- Probat G60 roaster that can pump out up to 130+ lbs. a batch, or basically a full bag.
- Allen Bradley "vintage" automation on a nicely laid out control panel. (Front of roaster is blue in color due to aircraft-quality high-tech paint touch-up work.)
- Maxon burner
- Automated pneumatic assisted bean drops into roaster, into cooler, and into destoner
- Afterburner
- In-floor green bean loader
- Destoner
- Connecting ductwork.
This beautiful full set of Probat G series equipment is still commissioned but available for purchase NOW for delivery in January 2023. New equipment has been purchased, coming in to replace.
