Each barrel can hold a maximum of 300 grams. The Burns Sample Roaster meets SCA standards for cupping with ease.
It operates entirely on electricity and has reliably served its current owner. However, the opening of a new location necessitates its sale. An exhaust fan is included.
The Jabez Burns company, now known as Burns Roasting, has its equipment produced by Probat in the USA.
