Here it is, a 12 kilo / 25 lb per batch Diedrich Model IR-12 roaster, fully operational and in excellent condition.

Manufactured in 2021, it comes with a separate chaff collector.
The shop is closing down, and this roaster was never really part of the process. Virtually unused, it has been decommissioned and is ready to get to work. With only about 25 hours logged, it was thoroughly cleaned by the previous owner before decommissioning.

It runs on Natural Gas with 110v/120 power. Designed for consistency and repeatability, the Diedrich IR-12 ensures a perfect roast batch after batch. Capable of producing up to 90 pounds per hour depending on your roast profile, it offers unmatched precision and control with infrared burners that deliver fresh, clean coffee with all the right notes.
