Ditting 807 model is a premium bag grinder. An integrated, vibrating shaker plate settles the ground coffee, allowing you to step away without worrying about accidental overflow. While the 807 was designed with bag grinding in mind, an open workspace allows for grinding into batch brew baskets, or even single-dosing thanks to its low retention spout and knocker. All of these features make the 807 a perfect grinder for a medium or high volume retail environment. It is capable of Turkish to Cold Brew Grinding.
