AIE RS1 Constant Heat Portable Handheld Roller Sealer - 5MM Seal

The AIE-RS1 is one of our most popular portable, handheld constant heat roller sealers that produces a consistent 5mm seal.  This versatile device features an adjustable temperature range spanning from 150°F to 300°F, providing optimal sealing for a variety of materials.  The unit reaches its desired operating temperature in approximately 10 minutes, allowing for efficient workflow.

Its handheld design offers exceptional flexibility, enabling on-the-go sealing and the creation of custom seal contours.  The AIE-RS1 is ideally suited for sealing aluminum bags, cellophane, and mylar. The 57 mm diameter PTFE-coated heat wheel ensures smooth, consistent sealing and helps prevent material sticking.
