Description
This "new kid on the block" is really a super-compact constant heat sealer, an easier version of its big brother (ssw300dat), as it is made by the same people only with a digital format that combines the swell time and the temperature together into all one more precise touch screen control.
Takes up less space, too. The sealing bar is designed to be more friendly in the "easy open" bag sealers in that it is only 10 mm wide instead of the 15 on Big Brother.
The WNS-200D is a tabletop direct heat sealer that can seal many different types of thermoplastic materials, including aluminum foil, Kraft paper, cellophane, Mylar, polypropylene, poly-nylon, and other thicker materials.

Material up to 8" wide and 20 mils thick can be sealed. The sealer is equipped with a digital control panel to guarantee consistent and reliable sealing. Sealing bars are enclosed with heat resistant plastic bars for safer operation. Easy to operate. Set the temperature and seal time. (Note: Temperature is in Celsius, not Fahrenheit).
Sleek and Compact Design
Always start with the minimal setting and slowly increase the temperature as needed. Insert material between the seal bars and lightly bring the seal bars to meet using the knob. This is a sleek and compact design makes the unit suitable for manufacturing facilities with small work-spaces.
