AF-H1 Nespresso capsule filler is a good solution to fill coffee in Nespresso capsules/pods, seal with Nitrogen gas. Especially suited well for a starter company to build their own coffee capsule products.

Please note that this Nespresso capsule filler machine needs to be used with an air compressor. You can use a nitrogen generator or rent a nitrogen tank locally to supply nitrogen to the equipment. We can also provide you with a complete system.

Basic Functions of the H1

• Automatic Vibrate Sort and feed the empty Nespresso capsules (optional function）
• It automatically detects whether capsules are loaded well on the machine by the sensor.
• Equipped with a servo motor to fill coffee while vibrating, weight around 5-7g ( can be adjusted)(Nitrogen flushing here)
• It cleans the capsule edge and presses the coffee tightly.
• Put pre-cut lids (can also use rolled film) (Nitrogen flushing here)
• Outputs to the conveyor
