The AIE A1 Series is a robust collection of Semi-Automatic, heavy-duty tabletop Impulse Sealers designed for high-volume, repetitive sealing of thermoplastic films such as polyethylene, polypropylene, and similar materials.  Ideal for industrial and packaging environments where consistency, speed, and durability are critical.

Key Features & Functionality

• Semi-Automatic Operation: Equipped with a timer-controlled electromagnet, the sealing arm is pulled down with uniform pressure to ensure clean, reliable seals, without operator fatigue or inconsistency. 
• Advanced Electronic Control System: The A1 Series features a precision transistorized circuit board that governs all sealing functions.  Operators can easily fine-tune performance using adjustable knobs for sealing time, congealing time, and re-cycle timing based material type, bag thickness, and production speed.
• Manual Operation Included: All models include an electric foot pedal, allowing users to switch to manual control when needed.
• Temperature Range: Sealing temperature is adjustable from 80°C to 250°C, accommodating a broad range of film materials and packaging requirements.
