This 2023 Diedrich IR-12 package comes with a large display LCD touch screen control panel on articulating arm loaded up with Diedrich's Roast Profile and Machine Automation Software. Also boasts the digital output for Cropster/Artisan roast profile tracking.

The Diedrich IR-12 can pump out over 100 pounds per hour, depending on your roast profile. The IR-12 gives you unparalleled precision and control over all batches. It uses infrared burners, producing a fresh, clean coffee with all the right notes. 

This IR-12A currently runs on Natural Gas. Powered by 220V Single Phase. Fuel conversion kits are available direct from Diedrich to convert to propane. Includes the Cyclone Chaff Collector
