This Beautiful White Diedrich IR-5 are just simply stunning! This is a 2017 Diedrich IR-5 in awesome condition as you can see by the pictures. 1.5 hours proof roasts
The current owner bought it and then decided to go larger, so it is available to you
The 5k Diedrich IR-5 can handle small batches as small as 250 grams (1/2 lb) or as large as 5 kg (11 lbs.). Roasts up to 44 lbs. per hour. Stainless steel cooling tray and stirrer arms.
This IR-5 currently runs on natural gas. Conversion kits are available direct from Diedrich to convert to Propane if necessary.
- Diedrich's IR (infra-red) burner system integrates directly with Cropster and Artisan for a precise roast profile.
- Infrared gas burners allow you to roast with conductive, convective, and radiant heat with total control.
