The thermostat can be set to the desired temperature for consistent and precise hot water dispensing across a variety of foods, including gravy, oatmeal, mashed potatoes, cheese sauce, gelatins, and more. The adjustable Controlled Refill feature manages recovery time to ensure a continuous flow of hot water during peak service hours.

Constructed from durable stainless steel, the unit is built to handle the rigors of daily use while remaining exceptionally easy to clean and sanitize. The interior top and sides are fully insulated to maximize heat retention, improve overall energy efficiency, and maintain a cool outer surface.
