The large-capacity 2.0-gallon L4S-20 Server is compatible with 2.0-gallon XTS™ (CBS-2152XTS-2G), Handle Operated (CBS-52H-20), and IP44/Maritime Series brewers (IP44-52H-20), making it ideal for medium-to-large-scale operations. Requires the use of a brew stand, sold separately.

Standard features of the innovative L4 Series include the digital Freshness Timer® and Volume Indicator. The Freshness Timer® digitally displays how long the beverage has been held using a series of clock-style icons that fill in over time. The Volume Indicator shows how much liquid has been dispensed in 0.25-gallon increments through a “V”-shaped gauge that gradually disappears. These features are essential for operators to monitor beverage levels and maintain continuous service without interruption.

The funnel is engineered to withstand high temperatures, impact, and acidity, while the top-mounted handle allows for quick and easy cleaning and maintenance. Direct access to the brew cap and funnel without removing the lid helps prevent heat and moisture loss, keeping beverages hot and fresh.

The interior is constructed with a high-quality stainless-steel vacuum liner that provides superior insulation for maximum heat, freshness, and flavor retention. The durable stainless-steel exterior is both attractive and built to endure the rigors of daily use, cleaning, handling, and transport.

A large built-in carry handle ensures safe and comfortable transportation. The see-through faucet guard (not shown) helps prevent cross-contamination by keeping container openings away from the spout.

For proper dispensing, the L4S-20 must be used with a serving station stand. Single, double, and triple serving stations are available, allowing you to customize your hot beverage presentation with multiple flavor options. (Serving stations sold separately.)
