Introducing our FKR-400 Portable Direct Heat Sealers— designed for convenience and ease of use in various settings. This lightweight sealer is perfect for sealing irregular or prolonged packages. We recommend this unit for sealing materials such as cellophane, coated aluminum foil, Kraft paper, and other thicker materials. Please note that this unit cannot seal polyethylene material. 

The FKR-400 comes equipped with an adjustable temperature controller, enabling users to tailor the heat level according to the specific material being sealed. Allow a 5-10-minute warm-up time for the sealer to reach the optimal temperature before use.  Please do not touch the jaws of the sealer until the unit has been turned off and allowed to cool down.

To achieve the best results, follow these simple steps. Turn the temperature to the desired setting and allow 5-10 minutes for the sealer to warm up. Insert the material between the jaws. Close the jaws and release them after a couple of seconds.  Fine-tune the timing as needed until you achieve a satisfactory seal.
