With this portable handheld device, you can easily and flexibly seal heat-sealable plastic film and materials such as aluminum foil, coated paper, or coated cellulose film. The PTFE-coated jaws prevent materials from sticking to the seal bars. Please note that direct heat sealers cannot seal polyethylene material.

Depending on the material, allow 5-15 minutes for the sealer to reach the desired temperature. Turn the temperature controller to the desired setting, and the power and heat lamp will turn on. Just insert the material between the jaws, then close them for a few seconds. Release the jaw. Increase or decrease the timing until a satisfactory seal is obtained.
