The KS-FS Series automatic foot impulse sealers are ideal for high-volume poly bag and other thermoplastic sealing. The KS-FS805 is equipped to seal materials up to 32" wide and 15mil total thickness. This sealer allows you to keep both hands free for quicker and more accurate sealing. The unit operates using impulse sealing and is controlled by a circuit board. The sealer is equipped with a digital display for easy timer settings. Once correct settings have been established, consistent seals will be maintained automatically. The KS-FS series is a standalone automatic foot sealer that does not require a tabletop to place the sealer.
The manufacturer's replacement kit includes 2 heating elements and 1 PTFE cover.
Easy to operate.
For automatic operation, set the control to auto. Adjust the sealing time (heating time), congealing time (cooling time), and recycle time (automatic operation of jaws). Insert the material to be sealed, and when the jaw opens, remove the sealed material.
For manual operation, set the control to manual. Insert the material to be sealed. Press down on the foot switch to activate the sealing bar.
