The Classic Probat 1k Probatino!
It's an amazing, small-footprint machine made by the legendary company in the industry, Probat. And WOW! It's in excellent condition. Just look at the pictures and check out the video!
Here's the scoop: Single owner, originally purchased it in 2012. It was used less than a year, situation changed, and it was put up "on the shelf" until now. Current owner wanting to sell not having any longer need. It's ready to be crated up and shipped to your roastery!
Comes with a separate roasting cyclone for effective chaff separation (see pictures), as well as vent ducting.
This beautiful Probat Probatino would be perfect if you're looking for a sample or boutique-style roaster that's super high quality but aren't wanting to pay 20K for a new model of similar quality.
A straight-forward roasting operation with digital time and temperature display creates excellent bean patterns. This is due to the special shovel mechanism that mixes the coffee evenly.
This little gem is awesome for both production and testing. Fun to compare to its bigger Probat brothers and sisters, as it is a solid, Probat with an outstanding roast quality and reputation.
The heating element runs natural gas. Motors are 110 volt. The approximate weight is 363 lbs.
Definitely in a class of its own!
