This is a fully operational 10 kilo used roaster - perfect to move up from a smaller batch or great entry machine into the business! Ambex Model YM-10 is amongst their most popular models. This was the one-time owner's main roaster until they upgraded 3 years ago. It's currently sitting in a warehouse and needs to get back online!
Just look at the pictures! Clean, ready to roast. It's currently strapped to a skid, primed for crate prep.
Only suggested need by owner is replacing the burners - which they did regularly. Can be purchased from Ambex for about $7 ea.
