Description
2014 - 2021 was imported to Ukraine and used there as a production roaster. She was moved back to the US stored from 2021-2023 and used very lightly 2023-2024. This roaster is Decommissioned and ready to go back to work.

- Handles batch sizes from as small as 6 kg (13.2 lbs) to as large as 12 kg (26 lbs).
- Designed to run half batches efficiently.
- Capable of roasting up to 92 lbs per hour with 4 batches.
- Equipped with stainless steel cooling tray and stirrer arms.
- Infrared gas burners for conductive, convective, and radiant heat control.
- Natural gas and 220v Single Phase, it was hard wired to the panel (Converted from Propane)
