This workhorse is ready to clock in at your roastery. It’s been a full production roaster for 10 years, maintained meticulously with a diligent cleaning schedule—deep cleaned every Friday and vacuumed daily. The seller upgraded to a larger roaster to keep up with growing production demands but has thoroughly enjoyed using this Diedrich IR-12 for the past decade. Additionally, the owner has the original tool kit and put new drum bearings on the front and back Oct 2024
