Purchased brand new from Diedrich, this sweetheart has had a run history of ONLY 430 HOUR ROAST TIME. Last roast was this past week. The owner is a cancer survivor and their business has donated sale proceeds back to cancer research. Reason selling is they are moving on to another profession, getting out of coffee.

Notice that awesome LCD touch-screen flat panel suspended off the top of the attached computer system and the mechanical bean drop into the cooler. Here's why this darling is unique! Both software and mechanical automation. Beans finish the roast profile, drop right into the fired up cooler - all automatically. This includes Diedrich prepared preset roast profiles.

This one runs on Natural Gas with 110v power. It has been serviced, cleaned, and maintained meticulously including a deep clean every 40 hours. The pictures definitely tell the story.
