You don't see many of these come by often! Here's another Fully Automated 12 kilo / 25 lb. per batch Diedrich Model IR-12 roaster. This one was manufactured in 2018, powder coated blue in color. Comes with LCD touch screen control panel and Diedrich's Zenith automation package. Make sure to check the videos of it operating below. It's in awesome condition - so well taken care of. Fully functional, no issues, no defects.
Purchased brand new from Diedrich, this workhorse is showing a total of 3157 hours running time from the on-board computer. Current owner letting it go as they have changed up roasters.
Notice that awesome LCD touch-screen flat panel suspended off the top of the attached computer system and the mechanical bean drop into the cooler. Here's why this dude is unique! Powered by 110v. Fueled by Propane. Conversion kits to Natural Gas easy to come by direct from Diedrich. Comes with the ducting seen in the photo and video. Boasts the direct drive system on drum and the roast data logging option via a Phidget USB port connection, allowing Cropster and Artisan interfacing.
This 12k Diedrich IR-12 can handle small batches as small as 6 kilo/13.2 lbs. or as large as 12 kg (26 lbs.). IR machines are designed to run half batches. Roasts up to 92 lbs. per hour when pumping out 4 batches. Stainless steel cooling tray and stirrer arms.
