This Diedrich IR-12 is in BRAND NEW CONDITION as you can see by the pictures - it's still in the crate originally from Diedrich. Manufactured in 2019 and has only had 1 owner. It's the highly sought after matte black finish.

Here's the rub. Purchased brand new, never left the crate. Original owner had a change in business plans and no longer needs this beautiful machine.
This IR has the roast data logging option via Phidget with USB port connection, allowing Cropster and Artisan interfacing.
This 12k Diedrich IR-12 can handle small batches as small as 6 kilo/13.2 lbs. or as large as 12 kg (26 lbs.). IR machines are designed to run half batches. Roasts up to 92 lbs. per hour when pumping out 4 batches. Stainless steel cooling tray and stirrer arms.
This IR-12 currently runs on natural gas. Conversion kits are available direct from Diedrich to convert to Propane if necessary.
