The P series Probat was designed to be user-friendly and precise, delivering perfect roast results. Intuitive to use, easy for beginners to learn. Experts still have configuration options for delving deeper into the roaster, offering even more scope for individualization.

This roaster is fully functional.

NOTE: The breaker that controls the cooling bin agitator is sensitive and sometimes trips.  Brand new breakers set included that buyer can use to replace if desired.

Exhaust piping shows some exterior wear and rust spots, but none of these issues are on the roaster or chaff collector - only the exhaust piping

Regularly cleaned and maintained.  The blower motor was rebuilt, cooling bin agitator motor was replaced. This roaster is fueled by propane, 110/120V
