Check out another beautiful and well taken care of classic 12 kilo Probat L12 Roaster. No problems, no defects, never a fire, and never under heavy production. This is another simply solid Probat roasting machine. Built circa 1990. 

Burner fuel is currently propane. Powered by 110v. Comes with the original natural gas orifices. 

Purchased used 17 years ago, roasted average 100 lbs. per week since. Change of business has created this offering for your consideration.

Owner has maintained and taken care of this workhorse. Comes with additional heat probes, exhaust ducting, original service manuals, servicing tools, and more (see pictures).

Also includes dual-walled insulated stack - 10' in length, and 2 - 90 degree elbows.

This L12 has the chaff collector built in with access at front of the machine. Quiet running. Requires one vent to the outside world.  

In production, this workhorse can roast up to 10,000 lbs. a week, depending on roast. On a strong 10 hr. production day, a max 25 lb. batch @ 6 batches p/hr. would roast over 10,000 lbs. of coffee in a week, with no problems. Probat's are strong, solid machines that carry the reputation that holds up.
