Description
Beautiful Condition!
DRASTIC PRICE REDUCTION TO MOVE IT OUT, NOW!
Yet another pristine classic 12 kilo Probat L12 Roaster. No problems, no defects. Just Probat confidence and quality. Sweet.
This one was purchased one year ago from the original owner who roasted on it in their family cafe operation at about 300 lbs p/week. That's only about 12 roasts a week with this 12 kilo machine. It's just broken in!!! Current owner has had it storage the past year after bumping up to a Loring S35.
There are no modifications or hacks to this roaster and it's in complete original condition. Has not been roasted on since early 2020. Serviced and maintained very well. No fires. Runs well on natural gas.
In production, this workhorse can roast up to 10,000 lbs. a week, depending on roast. On a strong 10 hr. production day, a max 25 lb. batch @ 6 batches p/hr. would roast over 10,000 lbs. of coffee in a week, with no problems. Probat's are strong, solid machines that carry the reputation that holds up.
Snatch this one up NOW. It's going to move quick!
All roasters are sold as-is. Crating and Shipping not included in the listed price.
