Fully Rebuilt in 2012 by Probat Factory
This is the renowned 12 kilo Probat L12 roaster. It was manufactured in 1985 then fully refurbished in 2012 by the Probat Burns factory in the USA. It's in great condition and functions perfectly. Check out the video!
After the rebuild in 2012, the roaster was used up to 2018, only roasting approximately 2,000 pounds/month. It has not been used since and has always been taken care of. It was just "tuned-up" a few weeks ago and ready to roast.

The machine is currently configured for propane but can be easily converted to natural gas.
The Probat L12 model has the chaff collector built-in with access at the front of the machine. It's quiet running and only requires one vent.
