12 kilo Diedrich IR-12 - Excellent Running Condition
Here's a yummy 2018 Diedrich IR-12 roaster that's been lightly used "on and off" over the past couple years roasting Cacao beans. Super clean and a "fun" mustard yellow color.
The seller stopped roasting Cacao thus no longer needing this machine. Their Probat 120s handles the coffee end of things.
There are no alterations to this machine for roasting Cacao. Typical cleaning and she's ready to go for roasting coffee beans.
No problems, no defects AT ALL with this darling.
WATCH THIS MACHINE IN ACTION:
This machine was serviced regularly and never had a fire. It’s currently running on Natural Gas. Conversion kits to propane are easily available from Diedrich in Sandpoint, Idaho.
