This is a new construction Probat UG22 made by Probat group Kirsch & Mausser that is totally in showroom condition as it was only used for less than 1 year due to building not yet completed . . . and then they learned there was no permit available in the town of installation as the space was dedicated to a retail coffee shop and roasting was not allowed - thus they had to shut down the roasting operation.
Available now.
- Allow roaster space of 4' wide, 7'7" deep, 6'8" tall . . . plus 34" round remote chaff collector.
- Allow 18" x 24" remote cabinet for control center.
- Afterburner is available fat additional cost.
- Currently set for Natural Gas, but can be changed during your installation
- Set for 380v 3-phase power - but a transformer can be added during your installation.
- Cropster or Artisan may be added during your installation.
- 3,000 pounds including ocean crating shipping weight - Ships from Southern Germany
This roaster is completely run by 4 direct drive motors - and operates very quietly, even quieter than the original. All the manuals come with the machine. Fully supportable. 4 roast per hour and can be shipped out immediately - just need to get your freight quote from door to door.
