Diedrich's CR-25 Roaster Vertical "Mini-Plant" with Integrated Net Weigh Fill Machine!!!
We've had so much fun with this listing! We call it the "Red Rocket". Take a look at the pictures and you'll know why! This is a 2009 Diedrich 25 kilo mini-plant with roaster, loader, destoner, afterburner, AND integrated net weigh fill machine. We kid you not! They were custom designed for Costco by Diedrich. This is one of two that this seller has. It's in the plant with Probat 120s and they decided not to roast smaller batches any longer. It was only used for specialty roasts. There was a relocation of the plant about a year ago and this machine was reassembled, fired up, but never went back into production.
So, for over a year now, it stands rumbling like a rocket ready on a launch pad... Been said cries have been heard in the plant from it to TURN ME BACK ON!!!
BONUS: It's automated! Roast profiles and mechanical dump doors all over the place!
Never a roaster drum fire, constant monthly servicing by Diedrich certified techs. Runs on 220v 3 phase.
This equipment will need to be disassembled and crated/palletized for freight prep.
