Solid Floor Model 3k Diedrich IR-3 Roaster with Afterburner

Here's a sweetheart matched set of machines for sure! Great for starting out your roastery with a solid roaster that puts out 6+ lbs. a batch in an area that required smoke and exhaust control.

This is a 2007'ish Diedrich IR-3 roaster floor model with matching Diedrich Afterburner. Serial number suggests it's a 2007 model. It's been used for the last 6 years in a residential setting for home roasting/coffee enthusiast. Originally purchased from a friend that had a small roasting shop 8 years ago. Owner letting it go as they are retiring and moving. Last use was in March of 2021.

There will be several sections of exhaust duct included and some spare parts. The roaster has also had a 2nd thermocouple installed and is also set up for data port output (Artisan or Cropster) for tracking and logging. Front and rear bearing have been replaced.

The roaster currently runs on propane and the afterburner on natural gas. Comes with the natural gas set up for the roaster. Fuel set up is this way due to owner roasts from a residence so not enough fuel output to run both roaster and afterburner on NG simultaneously.

Offering also comes with 4 - 30" sections of Selkirk double-walled insulated stack and an extra display unit. 

This 3k Diedrich can handle small batch ranges from 1-7 lbs..  Roasts up to 25 lbs. per hour. Stainless steel cooling tray and stirrer arms. Infrared gas burners allow you to roast with conductive, convective, and radiant heat with total control.
