3k Diedrich IR-3 Roaster with Matching Afterburner!
2007 Model - Incredible Condition!!!
It’s another Diedrich - made in the USA! And this one has a matching Diedrich afterburner hooked to it. It’s a 2007 model in amazing shape (look at the picts) and currently still commissioned, roasting daily.

Was originally in an ice cream / coffee shop. Current owner knows original owner. Purchased due to not being used at shop and decided to get into the business. Was not used from 2010 to 2020, then went into production. Has been running 5 lb. batches through it over the last year. Total through has been only 125 pounds. Mostly experimental roasts.

Machine has been constantly cleaned and greased during use. This IR series Diedrich roaster has no defects and roasts beautifully. Currently, both the roaster and afterburner are both running on propane and 110v power. Owner has jets for Natural Gas conversion.
Has a touch of paint peeling around top ridge of afterburner.
This 2007 Model 3k Diedrich can handle small batch ranges from 1-7 lbs. Roasts up to 25 lbs. per hour. Stainless steel cooling tray and stirrer arms. Infrared gas burners allow you to roast with conductive, convective, and radiant heat with total control.
