Check out this incredible, beautiful Coffee Roasting Mini-Plant. Up front and center is a completely rebuilt Probat G45 roaster to brand new state. Included equipment is a loader, destoner, cyclone and afterburner. The PID control box runs this amazing roasting equipment as it pumps out over 300 lbs. of coffee p/hour, running 3 batches. Has variable speed roast air and flame control.
The Story.
Current owner purchased this roaster and equipment just 2 years ago. With the vision for a complete renovation, he hired an experience roaster craftsman who has put his heart and soul into this project for many months. Meticulous on every level, down to the wire looping, gas tracks and bolts. There is well over $125,000 USA in the refurbish of all the equipment.
After recently completing and minimal roasting, March of 2021 showed up. Unfortunately, this roastery is needing now to downsize, letting this amazing mini-plant go.
