Guys, this is a 2020 model Diedrich IR-5 in perfect condition. (See video and photos below). This 5 kilo infra-red burner roaster is in LIKE BRAND NEW CONDITION as you can see by the pictures. Offered by original owner with only 300 hours on it over the past 18 months use since purchased new from Diedrich.
Typically, from a manufacturer and definitely used, a beautiful machine like this needs to be professionally crated and protected for transport. It's the ONLY way CoffeeTec does it! In today's world, for a 1000 lb. machine, you're looking at a $1,000 bill for this service popped right on top of the equipment price. NOT ON THIS ONE. We are including this in the total purchase price!
This machine has had constant servicing and cleaning since beginning. Owner simply has outgrown it and leveled up to an IR-12. No longer needs this roaster.

This 5k Diedrich IR-5 can handle small batches as small as 250 grams (1/2 lb) or as large as 5 kg (11 lbs.). Roasts up to 44 lbs. per hour. Stainless steel cooling tray and stirrer arms.
This IR-5 is 110v and currently runs on propane. Inexpensive conversion kits are available direct from Diedrich to convert to Natural Gas if necessary.
