This is another incredible roaster from the consistent Diedrich IR line. This one's a 2015 White 5 kilo Diedrich IR-5 in BEAUTIFUL CONDITION as you can see by the pictures. Pristine, sleek white color. Has only had 1 owner.
Ran for 4 years with a typical roast week of 3 days, 8 roasts p/day outputting beautiful roasted coffee. Never an issue, never a fire. Just ran 4 months ago, this beauty is now ready to roast for your customers!

Owner has taken pristine care of this machine giving it care and service exactly has Diedrich requests - oiling, lube, etc., including weekly cleaning. His business growth has taken him to a new Diedrich IR-12 upgrade now not needing this roaster. It has served them very well and wants it to be in a new home continuing its dependable, efficient roasting.
This IR-5 has the roast log connect Phidget with USB port (see picture). Very easy to hook up to Artisan or Cropster. Also includes ducting as shown in picture.
This 5k Diedrich IR-5 can handle small batches as small as 250 grams (1/2 lb) or as large as 5 kg (11 lbs.). Roasts up to 44 lbs. per hour. Stainless steel cooling tray and stirrer arms.
This IR-5 currently runs on natural gas. Conversion kits are available direct from Diedrich to convert to Propane if necessary.
