Check This Stunning 2017 Diedrich IR-5 Coffee Roaster. Graphite Black.
These beautiful graphite black Diedrich IR-5s are just simply stunning! This is a 4 year old 2017 Diedrich IR-5 in awesome condition as you can see by the pictures. Has only had 1 owner, no fires, and history of approx. 3 roasts and hour @ 20 hours a week when at peak. Current owner simply has outgrown the machine and brought in a larger batch machine.
This IR has the 4 thermocouple package including bean, ambient, and exhaust temps, and includes the Diedrich data package with roast logging connect via Phidget with USB port. Very easy to hook up to Artisan or Cropster. A 4-figure increase in value alone. Also has that super cool Diedrich roasting lamp. :)
The 5k Diedrich IR-5 can handle small batches as small as 250 grams (1/2 lb) or as large as 5 kg (11 lbs.). Roasts up to 44 lbs. per hour. Stainless steel cooling tray and stirrer arms.
This IR-5 currently runs on natural gas. Conversion kits are available direct from Diedrich to convert to Propane if necessary.
