Still in Factory Crate!
This is a 6k Bideli Commercial Coffee Roaster, Model BD-06WT/NT(Gas), Chaff Collector, and Electrostatic Air Filter. And it's still in the factory crates (see pictures). The photos were provided by manufacture before crating & shipping. It has never been opened.
Current owner ended up replacing this machine with a San Franciscan SF25. Originally was going to roast out of garage with the Bideli 6k. Now going commercial and needed more batch output per roast.
This package comes with a unique Bideli Electrostatic Air Filter (see pictures). This works with the coffee roaster to filter and clean the exhaust smoke as it and the chaff move through the filter system, only leaving the coffee aroma in your coffee shop or your roastery.
The Bideli roaster is designed with a double-walled drum, double insulation layers, and utilizes thermal radiation and hot air to deliver an even roast. It has utilizes direct fire and hot air for maximum heat utilization.
It has a manual hot air volume adjustment, powerful cooling fan motor, plus cooling mixing to lock the aroma inside the beans by rapid cooling within 2 minutes.
This Bideli 6k coffee roaster is also equipped with a safety control system. If temperature rises to preset value the machine automatically stops heating.
