I've listed a lot of Diedrich roasters, but guys, I've never seen anything like this package. The story is it was purchased for a family restaurant that had a change of plans. It was never installed. There was a continual possibility of it happening but it just didn't. So, here it is. Now being offered by CoffeeTec. Ready to ship to your roastery RIGHT NOW!
This Diedrich IR-7 is in BRAND NEW CONDITION as you can see by the picture - it's still in the crates originally from Diedrich. Comes with

VIDEO OVERVIEW IN CURRENT CONDITION:
This 7k Diedrich IR-7 roasts 15 lb. batches. That means up to 60 lbs. an hour @ 4 batches an hour. Falls right in between it's younger and older IR brothers. Just over an IR-5, under an IR-12
This IR currently runs on natural gas. Powered by 110v.
