2015 Diedrich IR-5
NO WAITING MONTHS FOR STOCK! THIS ONE IS READY TO SHIP!
Another IR ready to relocate! This one is a 2015 Mustard color Diedrich IR-5 in GREAT CONDITION as you can see by the pictures. Super clean! 1 roasting original owner and meticulously taken care of. Check the picts!
Original owner expanded his business and has bumped up to a 35 kilo Loring so no longer needs this little work horse. Stopped using a couple months ago.
The original owner just sold this machine through CoffeeTec last month. New owner had an abrupt change of plans and has to let the machine go. It was not commissioned to run at new location. It's sitting on the floor ready to be freight prep'd and shipped out.
It is in incredible shape and so well taken care of. We don't recall receiving pictures from a seller this clean for a 6 year old roaster. No fires. No over-roasting. Constant deep cleanings.
This IR is equipped with the roast logging connect Phidget with USB port. Very easy to hook up to Artisan or Cropster.
This roaster currently runs on propane. Conversion kits are available direct from Diedrich to convert to Natural Gas if necessary.
This 5k Diedrich IR-5 can handle small batches as small as 250 grams (1/2 lb) or as large as 5 kg (11 lbs.). Roasts up to 44 lbs. per hour. Stainless steel cooling tray and stirrer arms.
