Multiple thermocouples and temperature displays give the roastmaster total knowledge of incoming air and bean temperature. The drum is a dual wall design with highly adjustable air flow with an exclusive heat transfer system and powerful cooling. Heat and convection system feeds a remote mounted chaff collection and removal system for keeping your chimney clean.
You will get 4 roasts per hour and in case of small batches... you can go all the way down to 1/3 capacity and still retain in control.
This roaster now has on-board cooling enabling simultaneous cooling and roasting. This roaster is made to Roast and Cool . . . both at the same time.
BPR-5 - automatic profiling controls. Features the same cast iron attributes of the old PROBAT school. The drum roasting machine runs quietly due to the high fiber insulation and no pulleys or chains in its design. Chaff removal is quick and efficient because of the free standing design. The powerful self cleaning roasting and cooling fans enables separate airflow.
BPR-15 - attributes similar to Probat. Cast iron construction. Roasting process uses hot air system and has cyclone separate from roaster. Cylinder is not drilled and has special blades which provides excellent movement of the beans. Complete electric control board which starts the roasting cycle and built in sound and light alarms.
BSR-25 -the New Joper Cast Iron Roaster - the timeless tradition of the famous UG22 - improved and preserved. With great control options as well. Patterned after and improved upon the famous UG22. Attributes similar to Probat. Cast iron construction. Roasting process uses hot air system and has cyclone separate from roaster. Cylinder is not drilled and has special blades which provides excellent movement of the beans. Complete electric control board which starts the roasting cycle and built in sound and light alarm. Optional variable speed drive installed on drum motor and exhaust fan for ultimate controlability.
