Description
The VortX Eco Filter operates by harnessing the energy of a high-efficiency cyclone along with the power of atomized water to eliminate chaff and dust smaller than 10 microns. It significantly diminishes smoke, odor, and CO2 emissions from coffee roasting exhaust.
Here's how it works:
- Hot, dirty air is drawn in.
- Atomized water is sprayed within the cyclone.
- Warm, clean air is released.
- The water is then recycled.
- Both the cyclone and stack stay clean.
- Chaff is effectively compacted.
This item is fully operational and without issues. It has been utilized for 12 months, sparingly each month, in conjunction with a Diedrich IR-12 Roaster, and has undergone regular cleaning. Wiring to an electrical circuit is necessary; it was previously connected to a switch by the seller.
