Description
15 KILO: USED SIVETZ 1/4 BAG ROASTER Attention Sivetz lovers . . . as this may have been one of the last machines built by the master himself. And the most famous and most built models of all sizes . . . the 1/4 bagger. Notice this is the latest "more short" configuration where everything is easy to get to for maintenance and repair. And most importantly - a real cooler . . . which does wonders to correct the shrinkage of previous "all-in-one" models of yesteryears. The box to the right of the cooler, was added by the owner in dealing with the exhaust/debris when dumping the coffee from roast chamber into cooler. It is something the fabricated locally, nothing fancy but a simple solution to a minor problem. There is a standard air filter in the box, and a clean-out on bottom.Knowledgeable professional owners and they used it for local wholesale accounts for only five years. As far as we have learned - estimated an average 4-5 hours a day - mostly roast in the mornings and deliver in the afternoon. The guys who owned this machine are super mechanical - and run their own brewer repair etc - as they know what is to be done and when. They kept up with all maintenance needed, mostly just bearings, but also replaced the mechanical damper during the last year. And they made that derbies trap on the cooling exhaust. Dismantled (photos were taken same day as dismantle) and moved into storage at a new and larger distribution facility . . . is is still on the two pallets used during the move. For best shipping - it would be smart to build a crate around the machinery for protection - and that may take 2 or 3 days at a cost of about $1000 . . . but it is too early to tell for sure as we would have to do some measuring . . . but this is a good estimate. There is a lot of life in this machine. This is one of the cleanest Sivetz machines we have had listed over the years. So if this is the right size - and you know what you are doing - then this is a perfect fit.Located in Massachusetts.Specifications:2003Natural Gas 230V15 kilo/38 lbFull Manual and Electrical Drawings IncludedPrice: $24,000
