This is a 2002 Diedrich IR-7 — one of the original classics in small-batch coffee roasting. Built to last and engineered for precision, this 7 kg workhorse still runs smoothly and reliably, even after two decades.

Currently set up for manual roasting, the automatic features are not working properly. However, they could be reactivated with a software upgrade if desired. The current owner has simply never needed them, running light production at around 20 hours per week. With a shift in business focus, the roaster is now available for a new chapter.
