With this Probat BZR 2 drum roaster, you can roast from day one. It’s fully operational and in very good shape. The only known issue is that the Heat Adjustment knob on one barrel should be replaced; they are available from Probat, ideal for comparing bean profiles, detecting defects, and dialing in roasts before scaling up
