Introducing the robust 1994 SF-25, a dependable solid workhorse from the well known San Franciscan brand. Now available in good condition, this coffee roaster boasts a calming green finish and is reported to be fully operational with only minor cosmetic blemishes.
Running on natural gas and powered by 220v single-phase electricity, this SF-25 comes equipped with the SF combo cyclone/chaff collector As a bonus, the package includes an extra motor and chimney brushes. The seller, who has decided to retire, is generously including everything you need to continue the roasting legacy.
Despite its age, this exceptional roaster has led a relatively easy life, clocking in only 3-7 hours per week. The SF-25 is capable of roasting batches ranging from 6 pounds (3 kg) to 25 pounds (12 kg) of green coffee, with the ability to produce up to 4 roasts per hour. This means a maximum roast capacity of 100 lb. per hour (48 kg/hr).
