About Atilla Roasters

Atilla roasters are automatic coffee roasting machines built in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, in capacities from 2 kg to 30 kg. The lineup splits into two lines: Huno, with patented autonomous flame control, and New Standard, run manually through laptop software. CoffeeTec doesn't have an Atilla roaster listed right now, so browse our active used roasters collection to see what's currently available while you wait for new Atilla inventory.

About the Atilla Lineup

Atilla has built automatic coffee roasters in Brazil since 1989. The lineup runs in five capacities, so buyers can match a machine to lab work, a cafe, or a full production shift.

  • 2 kg, suited to labs and coffee shops
  • 5 kg, suited to cafes and micro-roasteries
  • 10 kg, a common size for roasting-as-a-service operations
  • 15 kg, for roasteries supplying cafes and regional stores
  • 30 kg, for multi-shift, industrial-scale roasting

Every capacity comes in two lines. Huno uses patented, autonomous flame control, so the roast curve repeats the same way batch after batch. New Standard keeps a human roaster driving the curve through laptop software, which suits operators who prefer hands-on control.
