The Stronghold S7 Pro roasts batches ranging from 150 g to 850 g in a single electric machine. It suits sample roasting labs, cafés, specialty roasters, and coffee education programs. The roaster combines convection, radiant, and conduction heat for clear flavor and steady results.

The S7 Pro measures and controls both the drum wall temperature and the inside roasting temperature. Sensors track internal, tower drum, hot air, and exhaust temperature. Stronghold's replication technology adjusts for room conditions to repeat a saved roast profile. A 10.1" touchscreen runs every roast stage, and the Android system accepts upgrades.
