Here's a sweet Diedrich IR-1, 1kg/2.2 lbs. roaster, looking for a new home in 2021! Manufactured in 2018, this is a solid machine in excellent condition with an industry name known for reliability. The current owner used her to learn on and now it's time to upgrade to a higher batch machine.
The Diedrich IR-1 can handle anything between 200 grams to one kilogram (½ pound - 2.2 pounds). The IR-1 gives you unparalleled precision and control over small batches. It uses infrared burners, producing a fresh, clean coffee with all the right notes. Roast up to 8.8 pounds per hour.
This IR-1 has logged approximately 600 total hours and runs on propane. Conversion kits are available direct from Diedrich to convert to Natural Gas.
Has a new manometer, and all original manuals are included.
BONUS: The table showing in the picture goes along with this sale, but optional. Increases total shipping weight from roaster only @ 343 lbs. to approximately 600 lbs. with the table.
